Minors it is

As part of the overall strategy for us, were trying to compete at each level of the minors as well as turning it around at the Big League level, but by bringing in a new environment to this team our goal is provide our fans a win win win at each level of the minors, that being said we've sent out several offers to minor league free agents hoping to address our lack of depth thruout our system, with lots of financial flexibility we have the assets to do this. We desperately need SS's and CF's in our system or our pitchers stats will be tainted until we do...

That being said, we have sent some of our high priced big league talent to the minors to get them more developed to atleast start off the season, were hoping our 2 "arbitration kings" get claimed (Kent Hamilton&Orlando Aquino) but won't be upset if they don't, they do have lots of talent but at a position I have a ton of options at, they shouldn't be making 8.5 million combined.
