Budget Set

Didn't really contemplate anything here, not a lot I can do since I'm restricted by my first season in the league with setting budgets and what not. just waiting for ownerships approval

Player Payroll : 64 million -> which is about 30 million more than what I think I need, couldn't if I tried get this lower, likely getting transferred into prospect payroll as soon as I run into a problem signing a guy I want.

Prospect Payroll : 20 million -> no brainer here, its going to get higher than the 20 million eventually...1st pick in the draft and 3 picks(i hope) in the top 100.

Coaches Payroll : 17 million -> enough is enough we need to get the cream of the crop in here!

College Scouting : 14 million -> couldn't go higher, would of liked to
High School Scouting : 14 million -> couldn't go higher, would of like to
International Scouting : 14 million -> couldn't go higher, would of liked to
Advanced Scouting : 14 million -> couldn't go higher, would of liked to
Training : 14 million -> couldn't go higher, would of liked to
Medical : 14 million -> couldn't go higher, would of liked to
